The first year of the Kinesiology program consists primarily of required courses in science and Kinesiology. These courses, and the required courses in second year, provide you with a solid foundation for more specialized upper-year classes, and will prepare you for the optional specializations available after first year.

Beginning in second year, you can focus your Kinesiology courses in an area of specialization or select courses from different areas of the field. You can also use your electives to complement your program with courses from other disciplines.
