FROM KITCHENER: Follow Hwy 7 (Victoria St) East toward Guelph. Past Breslau at first light turn left (North) at Shantz Station Road (Regional Road 30) (Pioneer Gas station on left far corner). Proceed to first side road, Hopewell Creek Road (Township Rd 68), turn Left. Enter Ontario Aerobics Centre at 1st or 2nd driveway on Left.
FROM LONDON: Proceed on Hwy 401 East to Kitchener exit Hwy 8. Follow Hwy 8 to 86 North (Conestoga Pkwy) to Victoria St (Hwy 7 East). See above.
FROM TORONTO/HAMILTON: Proceed on Hwy 401 West to Hwy 6 North (a Guelph exit). At T intersection (Woodlawn Rd., Hwy 7) turn left (see below)
