Rules
-
Select one player from each of the categories
on the entry form. A point is accumulated to your team each time
any of your selections scores a point (goal or assist).
-
Four trades per season will be allowed. Trades can be made
any time after the first 2 weeks and will count on the day they are made.
One trade is considered to be trading a player in a group for
another player in the same group.
-
Standings will be available
daily on the web at
http://www.ahs.uwaterloo.ca/~stewart/stick2009.
-
Entry is open to anyone in Recreation and Leisure Studies (or
anyone else we choose to let in!)
-
First prize is the coveted Broken Stick.
The Stick is not just any stick.
It is one that shows all the scars of the grind of many pick-up
hockey games on the pond, just as the winner of the pool
will show the scars of battling all the other poolsters
in this year's annual pool.
If
you win, the Stick will be yours to keep. You will probably
want to mount it on the wall of your office
for all future poolsters to marvel at.
Or not.
Plus, you will get to have your picture stand forever
(or at least as long as I am below my disk quota)
alongside previous winners
in our
Hall of Fame!!
- Contest entry deadline is:
-
If you enter before the deadline and want to make changes simply
fill out the form again. Your old entry will be deleted and your new
entry will count. This does not count toward your trade quota.
